Building Stronger Communities Together
Charity First is the charitable foundation of Group First, dedicated to supporting and empowering the communities we call home.
We’re committed to making a positive, lasting difference – right where our colleagues live and work.

Celebrating
Group First is celebrating 25 years in business in 2025, and we support £1billion of managed property in locations across the UK
We have been supporting grass roots causes throughout our company history, and in 2025, we are making a fund of £25k available to support good causes in local areas.
This year’s grant funding will support causes chosen by local people and organisations, ensuring our initiatives reflect what matters most in each community.
Through employee volunteering, funding, fundraising, and shared expertise, we bring our resources to the front line of support for local communities.
Unlike one-off projects, Charity First builds sustained impact to help communities thrive not just today, but for years to come.
Local groups can apply for grants through our Charity First fund, plus colleagues volunteer their time and skills for community projects, and fundraise through their own efforts at various locations. We select causes that align with our values and mission, giving impact where it matters most.
